HOW?
A total supermarket
fit out was required.
The objective was
to create a streamlined modern look that would
optimize the advantages of product visibility,
thereby creating more sales through impulse
buying.
Our design relates
all components including refrigerated areas
and "dry" display shelving with style
and colour, proving our ability for complete
store fit outs.
Also, the floor
plan of the supermarket was rearranged to entice
customers to the areas where they complete
the majority of their purchasing, thereby
increasing profits. The design is also
flexible enough for redevelopment to suit consumer
trends. An advantageous outcome has been
improved traffic flow patterns that combine
fresh food areas:

The
benefit in keeping these areas together
increases impulse buying, and therefore
increases profits. |
The units, some
of which were custom designed and made, have
been designed to have maximum display area. We
chose to use Freezone units rather than open-topped
freezer units. The same storage and display
has been achieved for less than half the floor
space of the open-topped units burning 33%
less power and the operation is a constant
18° c. There is no comparison.
